How quickly will I hear back from a sales representative?

A sales representative will usually respond the same day if the quote request is received prior to 12:00 PM CST. If not within a 24 hour period.

Do I have to provide payment information when submitting a quote request?

Absolutely not. Your quote request is just the first step in obtaining information about pricing, product availability, case sizes and counts, or our universe of production options.

What should I do if I can’t find the product I’m looking for?

There are “Build a Spec” buttons within the website that, when clicked, allow you to describe and submit the item you are looking for. Those requests will be sent to the appropriate sales person.

I’m not currently a customer, may I still submit a quote request?

Please! Neesvig’s and Empire Fish’s sales representatives will contact you within 24 hours to follow up on your inquiry and if desired, establish a plan for setting you up as a customer.

Is everything you carry on the website?

No. The website is intended to show a cross section, albeit a large one, of the products we offer. Feel free to submit a specific request using our “Build a Spec” feature or contact us directly via our online contact page.
